What is a Virus ?
Viruses are created for different purposes. However there is only one main purpose, to attack a computer operating system. Many Viruses are malicious viruses, and some very dangerous that they crash (Damage program some hardware, and corrupt system files) computer in a minutes. So, it is necessary to install anti virus software on your PC. Anti-virus software can remove/disable all the viruses or kill viruses.

There are different types of viruses. They may be Trojans, rootkits, keyloggers and worms etc.,. All of these viruses are a specific purpose and function. Some of them grow it self and create duplicate files, some of them does not let you to type through keyboard etc. 


Nowadays it is rare to find that computer viruses are real. Most are infections trojans, worms, rootkits, adware, keyloggers or other forms of malware.

The virus can do harm to both the Software and Hardware.

How to Disable Windows Security Center Balloon Warning

First Go to Start à Click Run à type  wscui.cpl



OR
Click Start Button > Click Settings > Control Panel > and then clicking Security Center >
In the left side pane, click Change the way Security Center alerts me.


An alert settings window appear in the screen
Click the alert settings option you want


Then uncheck all the checkbox Alerts:
1. Firewall
2. Automatic Updates
3. Virus Protection
Click “OK” button.


Another Method:
First Go to Start > Click Run > and type services.msc  hit Enter button.


OR
Click Start Button > Click Settings > Control Panel > and Select “Administrator Tools” > Select “Services” > then Double click “Services”.


Scroll down to “Security Center” and double click it
In the “General” tab, select the Startup type change the setting from Automatic to Disabled


This will permanently disable “Security Center” forever, even after you restart the computer.
then look for “service status” at the bottom of dialog window and click stop button to immediately during current log on session.
